Values

Code of Ethics
Our values have always guided and inspired our daily activities. We have, therefore, decided to formalise them in a Code of Ethics, clearly outlining the ethical principles and behavioural rules that everyone (directors, employees, consultants, collaborators, agents, suppliers, business partners, and anyone acting in our name or on our behalf – hereinafter “Recipients”) must adhere to. The principles and provisions of this Code define the general obligations of diligence, integrity and loyalty that shape the performance of work duties and conduct in relationships with the community and in the workplace.
Compliance with the Code is an integral part of our employees’ contractual obligations, also pursuant to and for the purposes of article 2104 of the Italian Civil Code. Any violation by Recipients constitutes, depending on the case, a disciplinary offence (punishable in accordance with applicable law) or a breach of contract. The value and importance of the Code of Ethics are reinforced by the provision of a specific liability of Entities, as a consequence of the commission of the crimes and administrative offences referred to in Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001.

We Invest in the Talent of Tomorrow
Young people are our invaluable asset. This is why we collaborate with schools, such as the Vobarno technical institute: in addition to attending their Open Day, we host students annually to introduce them to the company, we welcome interns to teach them the trade and we have donated two augmented reality welders to the school so students can immediately learn a crucial stage of the job.
