Whistleblowing reports

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, Ferriera Valsabbia S.p.A. has equipped itself with the prescribed channels for receiving and managing whistleblowing reports.

Who can report?

Areas of potential reporting

The list is very articulate and complex. For completeness, please refer to Legislative Decree 24/2023 1.

1 As a general rule, violations of European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, of which the reporter has become aware in the context of work, are potentially subject to reporting, consisting of unlawful conduct relevant pursuant to Decree 231 or violations of the 231 Model; offences falling within the scope of European Union or national acts or national acts implementing European Union acts on public procurement; financial services, products and markets and prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism; product safety and compliance transport safety; environmental protection; radiation and nuclear safety; food and feed safety and animal health and welfare; public health; consumer protection; protection of privacy and protection of personal data and security of networks and information systems; acts or omissions affecting the financial interests of the European Union referred to in Art. 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union; acts or omissions affecting the financial interests of the European Union, as referred to in Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union; acts or omissions affecting the internal market, as referred to in Article 26(2) T.F.U.E. (including infringements in the field of competition and state aid and those in the field of corporate taxation); acts or conduct that, while not constituting an offence, frustrate the object or purpose of the provisions of Union acts in the above-mentioned fields.

Illegal conduct relevant pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the 231 Model adopted by the Company may also be reported.
