Maybe it is because of what we do, or because we are a bit old fashioned, but what matters to us is substance. So when talk about Quality Assurance first started back in the 90s, the first thing we wanted to do was to understand exactly what it was all about. Yet, it was those of us with more experience, the founding partners, the old-timers heading up divisions, the managers in charge of customers, who understood that it was in fact something important.

Namely, the possibility, for a corporation operating on an international scale, to keep every aspect of their work under constant control, to think well when taking decisions without overlooking any detail, to use experience and common sense, to look for ever better solutions and lay down clear rules for everything and everyone to follow, no exceptions allowed.

This is actually how we have always achieved the quality of our products and services and of all our company processes, down to the less visible tasks which determine the way the company answers every need. Today it goes by the name ISO 9001. At one time it was simply and plainly called seriousness. But the meaning remains unchanged: to produce things with diligence and commitment and to try, every day, to improve what we do.
